here are my thoughts:

this movie was breathtaking. poetic and artistic. eerie and whimsical. hauntingly beautiful. it was both aesthetically and emotionally captivating. this movie said so much, by saying so little. the acting was brilliant, the cinematography pure genius. i know that it has received some negative feedback, but i think that if you are not too quick to judge, there are many important messages that can be taken from it. i think that everyone should not criticize it for what it is not, but commend it for what it is - an exquisite portrayal of human emotion. This movie explores many aspects of life such as God, nature, life, and death. this movie is an experience, and it is abstract-you will only take something from it if you are willing to go into it with an open mind.
